Taxes & Charges

When you buy online from the UK, you will have to pay VAT on the products, just like you did before Brexit. However, we do not charge VAT at the point of sale on the website any more. Instead, your postal operator or the courier will collect the VAT on delivery. Customs duty does not apply because our goods are produced entirely in the UK, however, postal operators and couriers may charge a customs clearance handling fee.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. International shipments have a lead time of two to three working days depending on size of order.

Please note that if your shipping address is in a remote area, RACELOGIC reserve the right to increase delivery costs accordingly.  Also note that transit time for shipments to these regions may be longer.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To arrange this, please contact us by calling +44 1280 823803 within UK office hours, or by email: returns@racelogic.co.uk.

Please include your original order number, name and shipping address, and reason for the return. We will then issue a Return's Material Advice number (RMA) so that the goods can be checked back into stock and a refund issued.
